LOCATION: Required to be in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This position is not remote.

SALARY: $120,000-$142,500,bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

Of course, our sales organization includes our field reps (who sell our leading brands into retail accounts, bars and restaurants across the country) but that barely scratches the surface. Opportunities include roles in forecasting, trade marketing, business and wholesaler development, pricing and promotion analysis and key account management; it's the strategic side of how we sell our beer. Sales are the backbone of our company-we work hard to get our product in the hands of every one of our target consumers... of legal drinking age of course.

In this role, you will be working directly with dedicated main house wholesalers, cultivating a strategic relationship at a higher level of the wholesaler organization. Using a strategic, forward thinking mindset, you will elevate our role/presence with wholesalers in your specific market.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Full understanding and ability to use tools at your disposal to provide strategic oversight of the business: IRI, VIP Karma, Power BI dashboards, VIPR, RMIS, etc.


  • Lead the following processes:
  • Pricing strategy development & price increase sell-in
  • Cents per case audits
  • Forecasting's Reviews
  • Commercial Planning & Performance management (holistic), including the following:
  • Innovation
  • Channel
  • Non-Alc
  • Commercial plan development & Wholesaler JBP oversight
  • Participate and be responsible for pilot projects on an ad-hoc basis
  • Routines (SPR) with senior management
  • Responsible for the Sales, Share and Financial performance of dedicated main house wholesalers.
  • Wholesaler Management
  • Wholesaler planning & performance routine/meetings
  • Trimester planning & strategy implementation
  • AOE & WEA assessments
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company sales targets.
  • Understand the market dynamics and industry-specific trends and landscapes to bring new insights and solutions to grow balanced business results.
  • Build strong business relationships with key wholesalers and ensure a link between company objectives and customer objectives.


  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Located in Albuquerque, New Mexico
  • Mandatory University Degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of general sales, marketing and distribution experience in a fast-paced, high performance consumer packaged goods environment is recommended
  • Ability to understand and develop strategic direction and ability to develop plans to get results
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and engage people to build a high-performance sales team
  • Strong influencing and communication skills - both internal and external
  • Strong Customer Management relationship skills
  • Knowledge of Commercial and Sales strategy, Distribution and Supply
